MANNA is family-owned by a team of husband and wife.
James is the chef — the one who creates the meals, dials in the flavors, and makes sure every bowl and roll hits the standard before it reaches you.
Jackie runs the engine: customer experience, daily operations, and finances. She is the backbone of the business as she keeps the flow smooth and the vibe warm, welcoming, and consistent.
Together, we built MANNA with heart, grit, and a lot of hands-on love because we believe that food is how you take care of others.

We don’t compromise on 3 things: Quality, Hospitality, and Care.
For James, quality means every dish starts with intention — flavor that’s thought through, cooked right, and served with pride, every time.
For Jackie, hospitality means the experience matters just as much as the food: a smooth flow, a warm welcome, and the kind of service that makes people feel seen instead of rushed.
And then there’s care — the thread that ties it all together. Care is in the details, the consistency, and the daily choice to do things the right rather than do things fast.
These values are why MANNA feels reliable, personal, and worth coming back to. It’s because our standard isn’t just “good enough” — it’s “good, on purpose.”

It means two things we love.
In Korean, “manna” (만나) comes from the word “to meet,” like an invitation to share a meal.
In English, “manna” evokes nourishment — the idea of food that shows up right when you need it, the kind of refuel that feels like a reset.
And together, they capture why we exist — the heart of MANNA: a place where people come to be fed well and feel welcomed while they’re here. Wether you’re grabbing a quick lunch, eating after a long day, or hitting a crave that won’t quit, MANNA is meant to feel like your go-to: reliable, satisfying, and full of intention — an invitation to meet and a moment of nourishment you can count on.
